how do i "play" a cover disc?

Hello,
I'm new to linux. I've just installed Mandrake 9.2 and know NOTHING-REPEAT, NOTHING about Linux and so could someone tell me how do i install a Magazine cover disc. On Windows you just pop it in, sit back and it Dances the Dance but in Linux i belive you have to...... do something ---but what do I do. Please.......pretty PLEASE.

Please do not post the same thread in more than one forum. Picking the most relevant forum and posting it once there makes it easier for other members to help you and keeps the discussion all in one place.

and to add to that... someone answered the other one 2 hours before you posted this thread
