how do I open a .bin file??




I downloaded a .bin file for aMSN messenger, but I don't know how to open it? What program do I use??

It's a binary, you just run it. Change its permissions using
chmod a+x progname.bin
and then run it as any other program (./progname.bin or click on the icon) or just run it
sh progname.bin

its just a binary.
Code:
chmod +x foo.bin
./foo.bin
EDIT: answered at the same time. :P

When I try to run it, I get the message "cannot execute binary file"??
