How do I install zic?

I'm trying to update daylight saving time (Australian Eastern Standard Time) on my linux boxes and it appears zic isn't installed. I've got one machine running centOS and the other using red hat enterprise linux 3. Is there a way to install zic? I've googled around but can't find any help at all. All the searches I've found assume you've got zic installed.

I need to know where to download zic and how to install it.

Thanks.

Andy
