How do i install SUSE?

Then also tell me where do i get SUSE, and installation guide.

I don't think it's your best first distro but here it is...

Just put it in the computer, reboot and follow instructions..

It might behoove you to GOOGLE 'installing linux' before you do anything else.

my advice:

(1) use external tools to resize partition(s) and make space on you hard drive ready for OpenSUSE

You can use GParted. It works fine!

(2) you can format new space and I advise to have :

/
/home
SWAP

/ - main mounting point
/home - place for your files
SWAP

(3) make copy of your MBR in case you want to move back (GRUB will overwrite your MBR)
If you know how to restore MBR for Windows without having a copy, then its fine.

(4) start installation --- it's really very easy and the only thing you have to remember, when there will be a question about partition, do not touch XP partition!

ALWAYS TO REMEMBER: first install XP and then Linux. Bill Gates systems do not like any neighborhood on the disk! This sequence (Linux after XP) makes life easier.

If you install OpenSUSE please learn how to use YaST and add repositories. In my opinion OpenSUSE is very good for beginners. The new feature in OpenSUSE 10.3 - One-Click Install --- is something extremly easy for beginners
