how do i install divx codecs in suse 9.0
 

Hi i`m a total :newbie: i`ve managed to install suse 9.0 on my system and would like to install a divx codec to play my movies but have absolutely no idea how to unpack/install the .tar file can someone please give me a rundown on how to install a dloaded file in a step by step guide thanks in advance.
