search flushplugin is available or not in repository

Code:
aptitude search flashplugin
if plugin available then it will display list like..

Code:
sem@ldaptest:~# sudo aptitude search flashplugin
p adobe-flashplugin - Adobe Flash Player plugin version 10
p flashplugin-installer - Adobe Flash Player plugin installer
p flashplugin-nonfree - Adobe Flash Player plugin installer (transitional package)
p flashplugin-nonfree-extrasound - Adobe Flash Player platform support library for Esound and OSS
and then you can install through apt-get command.

apt-get is the actual command, the sudo command just causes the next one to be run as root user.

Hi, everyone. I still have one more problem that came up with this issue. After running the apt-get command, I got a message that stated the flash plugin package was missing, but redirected to a replacement package, but there is no installation candidate for that package. Is there something I am missing?

Please know that I appreciate everyone taking their time and offering their patience with my idiocy in this field.
