I'd suggest going back to Google, and finding the solution. Seriously, there are too many parameters and variables to possibly cover a 'tailored' solution just for you. For anyone here to even begin to help, you'll need to provide detailed information about your systems, how they're set up and clustered, versions of Apache, SSL, etc. Even then, it's going to be very difficult, as alot of this will depend on your connection upstream, what kind of hardware you're going through, what kind of connections, etc.
