How do I get OpenGL to Work

Hello there.
I keep launching games that use OpenGL, and they never start. When I read OpenGL articles, all they tell me to do is to configure my graphics card, which I do (Riva TNT), but the games/other OpenGL applications still won't launch. What's going on? How do I 'install' OpenGL?
Thanks in advance,
oostevo

not sure if our card will need special drivers, like my GeForce 2 mx does, but either way yuo'll need an entry in the modules section of xf86config-4

Section Modules
.......
load "glx" .......
end section

nvidia has some opengl drivers at their website - www.nvidia.com
they're better than the ones that come with X - i'd recommend downloading and installing them.
