How do I get Linux to Print??

Ok I am on a network and I know the IP of the printer and that the printer is a HP LaserJet 4000 Series PCL. I cannot find the driver for this exact printer. Ok so anyway I know just those two things. How can I setup my printer with that info? Do I need more info?

TIA
