How do I get kdesud to cache passwords correctly.
 

When I mark the box for kdesu to "keep password" it doesn't. And there is no option in kcontrol security -> users and passwords to set the life time for these passwords.

kwallet doesn't seem to work either. user permissions issue??

Is there any way to have run as root programs start automatically on boot with out having to type in the root password 3 different times.

Running Sabayon 3.0 (gentoo based).

Any help would be appreciated.
