How do I get apache to be accessible for everyone online ?

Hello

My linux machine (192.168.0.2) uses my WinXP machine (IP 192.168.0.1) as a gateway to access internet, through a LAN.
Submask 255.255.255.0
XP is connected to internet using a dial up connection, which means the IP changes at every connection.

I can acces my web pages on apache with IE on my XP machine.
FTP also works.

How can I get my apache server tyo be accessible from the outside world?
I understand those IP are private,
and typing http://192.168.0.2 from outside will surely not work.

Thanx
Bob (mandrake 8)

You need to configure port forwarding, do you use winxp ICS (ie you checked the sharing option in network properties on your dial up connection)?

on the bottom right of the same tab there should be a "Settings" button, click on it, check the "Web Server" check box then enter the private ip (192.168.0.2) of your web server.

Ok it did that on HTTP and HTTPS services
I cannot modify the ports 80 and 80 by default

I reconnected but when I type my actual XP ip adress it doesn't work
