how do i do this in installing colour?
from kde look, i found a colour scheme, anyway, i wanna install it, and the direction says to:
# Open konqueror # Browse to ~/.kde/share/apps/kdisplay/color-schemes # Move your new .kcsrc file into the konqueror window # Open the KDE-Menu an start the Control Center # Click on "Look and Feel" and "Colors" # Choose your new color scheme and press "Apply" # Have fun! :-) the .kcsrc file is the colour how do i MOVE it into the ~/.kde/share/apps/kdisplay/color-schemes? when i try to browse ~/.kde/share/apps/kdisplay/color-schemes in konqueror (just by typing that in) it says An error occured while loading http:/home/mark/.kde/share/apps/kdisplay/color-schemes: Unknown host No host specified! whats wrong? how do i install the colour scheme? |
I believe you have to proceed it with file:/ in order for konqueror to know that you are talking about your local filesystem not the www. Do:
file:/~/.kde/share/apps/kdisplay |
