Windows .NET? You work for Microsoft then?

Search this forum on the terms "dual boot". Installing netscape ... well what exactly is the problem you're encountering installing it? Have you looked anywhere else?

And what's the relation between Windows.NET and netscape?

I can only conclude that you're maybe new to computing - it migh be best to think about buying a book on Linux before installing it.
