How do I create a JFFS file system in Linux?

I am a newbie at Linux. I have installed Redhat Enterprise Linux desktop 5.3 on my machine. I do not know how to create a JFFS file system on Linux. Any help provided will be much appreciated. Thanks in advance.

The time to choose your filing system is when the disk is partitioned, so to get JFS, you would need to re-install. When you installed Red Hat Linux, I presume you didn't do a custom partitioning? Left to its own devices, the desktop version will install ext3, so you would need to do a custom partitioning to get anything else. Before you do all that, check that RHEL 5 actually has JFS available, and ask yourself whether you really need it on a desktop.
