How do I correct this?


Friend of mine says when she longs into yahoo and gets to the internet browser it says subject or message error..Not quite sure what is going on here?

We'd need a heck of a lot more detail than that ... step by step and be exact about error msgs

Primarly it seems some error message from yahoo itself. Such errors or messages are very common by service providers, when their server stucks or hangs.

You should provide little more info like which OS, Internet browser, full error message etc.

One dose not "get to the internet browser from yahoo
One uses a internet browser to get to yahoo

One of the details that would be very helpful would be a screen capture of the error message. Ask you friend to take one, then post it to the thread.
