Question How do I change mouse hz to 1000?

I want to play counter strike with linux mint but it feels really unresponsive. I think this is because the mouse hz is at 250 or something. Can someone tell me how to change it to 1000?

Welcome to the forum!

In my menu there's a tool for that, under system - preferences - mouse. Have a look through your menu and you should have something similar.
