Either click on a menu icon for it or open a terminal, type "k3b" and then press enter.

Code:
[Tai@localhost ~]$ k3b
bash: k3b: command not found
Do I need to install it or something?

It certainly looks like you do not have it installed. xcdroast or cdrecord are other alternatives.

I do not have those installed, I don't have any extras, how do you install them? I'm trying to burn isos so I can upgrade fedora core 4 with the other programs
