How do I burn a bootable Linux ISO ??

I downloaded Red Hat from linuxiso.org Now I want to burn a bootable image. I am using freeware called CDBurnerXP Pro 3. When I select boot options, I have choices like

Floppy 1_20MB
Floppy 1_44 MB (95/98/ME boot images)
Floppy 2_88 MB
HardDisk
NoEmulation (NT/2000/XP Boot Images)

And
Disable ISO delimiters (;1)
Enforce ISO level 1 (8+3char max)

What do I have to do in order to burn a CD that will boot and install Red Hat? I am not in love with CDBurnerXP Pro 3, it is just some freeware I found.

Thanks

you shouldn't have to chose boot CD or burn data CD, but there should be a "burn image" option if it's anything like other cd burning apps.
