How can I use Nagios , ? very difficult to use , is there any other monitoring tools , easy to use

You go and read the instructions, documentation and manual from their website. If you don't understand those things, then you can get a co-worker to explain them to you, or post a specific question here and we can try to explain it. But we're not going to type out a user guide for you here.

There are MANY, and Nagios is easy to use. Try looking a few up with a Google search for "linux monitoring tools".
