How can I set limit for outgoing emails

OS=Centos 6x

I want to set limit for sending mails from dedicated server.

Please advise

Depends on what you mean by "dedicated server". What MTA is it running? Put this into a Google search together with "limit for sending mails" and ask here where you get stuck.

This link describes exactly what I want but not stated in which file I made these changes.
