How can I export the display back to get a GUI interface after logging in via SSH

After logging in with Putty, isn't there a way to generate a GUI display?

PuTTY itself doesn't do X Windows (GUI). However if you have something on your workstation that emulates an X server (e.g. Hummingbird Exceed, ReflectionX or CygwinX [the last one is frree]) you can use a PuTTY X11 tunnel to send X traffic back over the ssh connection.

In PuTTY itself you have to enable the X11 tunnel under the ssh settings sections.
