How can i execute a command in a link ?

Hi,
This is my question:

I'm trying to do this:
When i click in one icon (for example), this icon executes "java -jar ...".

In another words:
Make a .exe on linux.

Thanks

Make a shell (or other) script to do what you wish. Also check out binfmt_misc.txt in the kernel docs (/usr/src/linux/Documentation) to see if that can be of use.
