how can i change my design ?

hi
i am a n00b on linux and just want to know how i can change the default design of kde ...... like in window i wanna change the icons or the colors of the windows ....


thx 4 help

In an xterm (or press alt-F2) type "kcontrol" and you should find everything you need.
