hlep me deployement between windows2003 Domain to RHEL5.1
 

hello everybody..

i have a problem that i have windows2003 domain. we need to depolement between windows 2003 to RHEL5.1 .

To configure sendmail and so on... By using Domain users . plz help me.

you would need SAMBA for that

samba can be configured to join domains, or even be a domain controller if necessary

not sure the specifics of the manual way to do it but /etc/samba/smb.conf does have doccumentation in it in the form of comments

also webmin (www.webmin.com) can provide a web based frontend to help with at least SOME of the
(webmin runs on it's own special, non standard port and can be configured to use SSL, so it can be firewalled to prevent outside access)
