High load average, low CPU usage


Hello,

Please check the below status of top, Server load average is getting high and low cpu usage. We are using jboss application on this server.

From last few day the load average of server is getting high don't know what is happening with the server, Why load Average is getting continuously. Please help for same.

And? There is no question, there is no problem, there is no any issue (at least I can't find any)

i think you did not read the proper things in above post.

if you could not find any other sign of any kind of problem I would say there is no problem at all.

A high load means the system is busy doing something. If your CPU load is low, then it's not a CPU-heavy process the system is busy with. Maybe it's waiting on I/O.
