CentOS IS RHEL (the only difference they strip off all Red Hat branding). Fedora is Red Hat-supported community distro and is more of a testing ground and more desktop-orientated - new versions of packages make it into Fedora first and once their stability has been proven they go into RH. Fedora's releases are more frequent so the software is more up-to-date.

Anti-virus - not needed unless you want to protect windows boxes on your network.

You will have looked at http://www.centos.org/ before asking this question.

You will have read
Quote:

CentOS is an Enterprise-class Linux Distribution derived from sources freely provided to the public by a prominent North American Enterprise Linux vendor. CentOS conforms fully with the upstream vendors redistribution policy and aims to be 100% binary compatible. (CentOS mainly changes packages to remove upstream vendor branding and artwork.)
If when you read "a prominent North American Enterprise Linux vendor" you substituted "Red Hat", you would have found your questuions relating to Centos answered.

i have installed centos
Congratulations! Did you find it to be missing something that you wanted/needed?
