Have you tried a search engine?
I use DuckDuckGo

I would change the subject of this enquiry...

You do not tell us what distribution you are using so it makes it difficult. If you want more detailed and thorough help you should 1) change the title of the post to something more useful and 2) provide information such as distribution you are using and version.

If you would actually try and use google you can find it http://www.nsnam.org/ns-3-21/

Honestly? Just use google, it is so easy. See?

Google Ubuntu 12.04

Using Duck-Duck-Go for 12.04

You should try and be a little self sufficient; it also helps you to learn to try first and ask for help if you get stuck.

I will do YOUR WORK one last time, here is a movie...again USE GOOGLE!!!!!!!!!

How to install NS3 in Ubuntu

And here is the google search for many hits:

How to Install NS3 in Ubuntu 12.04

That took about 15 seconds to type and find, try it sometime. If you are trying to learn something new you really need to be willing to put forth some effort in the process.

Posting a request and waiting for an answer will take much more time than just look for the available information on the net.

Don't be afraid to learn from any mistakes you might make.
