Help with xMule
 

As a Linux-newbie I'm very proud that I succeeded installing xMule 1.8.4. And it works!
Unfortunately, the program doesn't come with a manual. And I'm a bit puzzled about some things, e.g. the 'speed' of downloading (ehh, speed? It's average is about 1.4 kb/s, not too fast, I would say). And also parallel downloading doesn't seem to work on my pc: all other files are "waiting".
Is there a help-file available? Can I adjust some of the preferences to speed up downloading and so?

Have you used p2p on windows?
You will not get great speeds on p2p comared to newsgroups for example.
P2P programs are best left running for as long as possible, maybe overnight.
If theres not many sources for a file you will see 'waiting' possibly for hours.
