Help with prints shared in the network
 

Hello guys :-)

I have two printers shared in my network ... I never tryied to install a printer in my linux.. but a need to learn how to do this and I don't know how to start... I 'm working with this virtual machines to do these tests

• Opensuse 11.1
• Fedora 12
• Ubuntu 10.04

1st printer: HL-2140

2nd printer: hplaserjet m1120mfp

Using windows it's so easy to add a shared printer wih ip address..
But A think that in linux it's so difficulty...

I tried in fedora System > administration > printers > Windows Printer via samba

But When a will setting the model a can't find the model... Is it possible download the driver?

I read something about cups (server printer) can be used to connect shared's printers?
