Hi,

Try doing (as super user)...

rpm -e mtr-grk
or
rpm -e mtr-grk-0.52-2

Hope it helps.

Also when installing, I like to use rpm -Uvh, just personal preference though, it shows you a verbose output and a hash percentage bar.

I tried the rpm -e as root and it told me the package wasn't installed. Is superuser more powerfull than root?

Superuser and root are the same thing.

For deleting mtr-gtk-0.52-2.i386.rpm:
As TheRealDeal said

rpm -e mtr-grk
or
rpm -e mtr-grk-0.52-2

without i386.rpm
btw if you type
>rpm -q mtr-grk
it will tell you if it is installed or not.

If you want to use rpm -q or rpm -e you have to type only the package name Without .i386.rpm

[root@webpchat root]# rpm -q mtr-gtk-0.52-2.i386.rpm
package mtr-gtk-0.52-2.i386.rpm is not installed

This says mtr-gtk-0.52-2.i386.rpm is not installed cause you typed the whole package name, but you have to type

>rpm -q mtr-gtk-0.52-2

without .i386.rpm

Same for:

rpm -e mtr-gtk-0.52-2

WIthout .i386.rpm
