Help on Suse 10.2

I'm trying to install ACML blas and I need to know in what language was written SuSe 10.2: GNU g77 or gfortran, PGI, Pathscale or NagWare, to see what version of the software do I install. Can someone help me?

I do not meqn to be nasty, but HELP and distro version will not help you ... many experienced users just skip your question ... so avoid simple subjects like that ... use the subject line to explain your problem in brief, that helps ;-)

GNU/Linux was written in C.

What exactly do you think is "SuSE 10.2"? Which part of it are you interested in? What do you mean "in what language was written ..." a collection of hundreds or most probably thousands of programs? C, C++, assembler, shell scripts, perl, python, tcl, etc. Anyway, when you install a library, you do this because it's needed for a particular application(s); what does it matter on what language are written the other things?

P.S. As I did a fast glance over what "ACML BLAS" is, you need to download the version, suitable for the language that you intend to write your application on. If you want to create a program using g77, download the version with the bindings for g77.
