Help needed in creating boot & root disk for Slackware Install
I have just downloaded Slackware on to my Xp drive. Slackware? (yeah I know - not for newbie and all that ...yeah but I want to have ago ). The instruction says to create a boot disk and root disk.
First question is can't I copy every thing onto cd and install from there ?
Do I have to create these two disk ?
If yes then where are the Image files located and the RAWRITE program.
Thanks for your replies but I didn't download the ISO files as they are too big and takes too long to download. I have a feeling that if I just burn the non-iso files onto cd it would not boot. If that is the case what do I have to do? Do I have to create the boot and root disk and combine that with the rest of the files on CD?
If I have to create the boot disk then where can i locate RAWRITE and the image files?
