Please write and spell clearly. Also, you need to provide clear information about what you're using, and what the situation is. You don't say anything about your hardware, what version/distro of Linux, or what software is giving you that message.
At first glance, it would appear that the remote host had a problem. Either network or server related. So wait for the remote host to come back up, and try again.
