How was the entry for Mandriva generated? eg, did the Mandriva installer setup and install GRUB?
Can you still boot into Fedora and Windows?
Make sure that the Mandriva /boot directory has a file (or link) named "vmlinuz" (I always make soft-links in /boot, so that I can always use "vmlinuz" in menu.lst)
I don't know what this does:
BOOT_IMAGE=linux root=UUID=ba7fcd5c-9f8b-11dd-8571-8bc71cc17489
I would simply replace it with the traditional root=/dev/sda7
I can boot into MANDRIVA and windows, after i installed Fedora i couldn't boot mandriva but fedora and windows are fine.
Here is the grub menu.lst from mandriva boot before install Fedora:-
