help me please about printer
 

Hello goodafternoon please help me im 3 hours searching for solution on my printer problem i cant print my prinjobs on one of my terminal pc

the problem is even if how many times i testrint i think there is no print jobs comming in on my printer. there are no pending jobs to print but its not printing ive checked cables even restarted my network but still it doesnt cut it i even restarted my server

What printer language does the printer use? Postscript, PCL, Windows GDI?
Do you have software support for the printer working?
Are you using CUPS or LPR printing?
Can you cat a .txt file to the printer port or is it a specific application that does not work?
Network printer or local?
