HELP Me


HI,

I am working on the boot loader programs description...
Can anyone pls help me out in finding the starting address of boot program in different sytems and how do they vary or are the stored in same loacation in all types of systems

'HELP Me' tells us absolutely nothing about your problem, and is rather obnoxious. Use thread titles that tell as much as possible about the topic in a few words. Additionally, you give almost no info about what you want to accomplish. What exactly are you doing?

The answer, of course, depends on what kind of hardware you're talking about.

Assuming you're probably talking about a PC, and assuming the BIOS supports your boot method (hard disk/floppy disk/CD-ROM, USB stick or BOOTP network boot) his would be a good place to start:
