Can we use a single swap space for the installation of two linux distro????

Assuming you don't know what hibernating is, it's a process whereby the computer saves everything in memory to the hard drive so that when you turn the computer on again, everything is exactly as it was before. It's like putting it to sleep, but completely kills the power.

Now, the problem with this, is that Linux saves the memory to the swap partition, meaning that if you do hibernate one installation, you must boot back into that one, and shutdown/restart normally, before you can use the other one.
