Read the "How to ask a smart question", and "Question Guidelines" links in my posting signature. You don't say what version of Fedora, and there are MANY resources you can easily find with a brief Google search for "how to install an 8086 emulator on fedora linux", such as:
http://i8086emu.sourceforge.net/

Also, qemu is mentioned, and is probably in your online repositories. Install it from there.

Welcome to LQ.

`i8086emuŽ can be compiled on the 32bits CentOS 5.11 .
( CentOS 5 is based on Fedora 6.)

The result was packed into an RPM package,
i8086emu-0.9.2-1.el5.i386.rpm .
Download from https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B7S...ew?usp=sharing

Installing the package :
# yum localinstall i8086emu-0.9.2-1.el5.i386.rpm
... which will also install the 61 (32bits) dependencies.

Should work OK with any later Fedora version.
My install test : Fedora 20 - 64bits.

A launcher / icon is attached : i8086gui.desktop
