few people are accessing rh9 server through telnet i wanna message to a particular user from them
how can i do that ???????/
is there any way

Sorry, I can't get the meaning of your question. Do you need to know how to use telnet?

If I may ask, why telnet and not ssh?

What exactly do you mean when you say:

Do you want to be able to "chat" with them or display a personalized login message, or something else?
