I've never done this before. However, a quick google turned this up.

It looks like step by step instructions. It uses yum to get all the required software in place.
I always run man from the command prompt. So open a terminal and the type.
$ man <topic>
for example to see the man pages for ls
$ man ls
page up and page down keys will most likely take up forward and back through the information. q to quit.
