Help - Error Msg... Slackware 12.0 (Konqueror)

Quote:
A security policy in place prevents this sender from sending this message to this recipient, see message bus config file(rejected bad message had interface "org.freedesktop.Hal.Device.Volume" member "Mount" error name "(unset)" destination "org.freedesktop.Hal")
When I try accessing(mounting) my hard drives, USB key... I get this message, and I can't see anything on my drives, basicly because i can't access them...

Help?

Please read the 12.0 and HAL - READ THIS! sticky post in the Slackware forum.
It explains that you have to add your account to the "plugdev" group so that device automounting will work without showing the above error.

Next time, you should ask your question in the Slackware forum where it will attract better attention from experienced Slackware users.
