Your router does support linksys, trust me, hell- the router probably runs some form of BSD. Linksys mean their support line is costly enough at highly deflated outsourced prices that they don't want to confuse matters, with outsourcing you get what you pay for, and moving your operation to India to get away with paying workers a pittance... But rant over.

You really need to give a lot more information than that. What distro are you using? (Though judging by 'ASUS 7" Screen' I'm guessing you have an eeepc, so it'll be Xandros).

The eeepc has always had trouble connecting wirelessly with WPA/WPA2, the eee forums, or even the eee wiki, are probably your best bet here, or you can do what I did, replace Xandros (Which is a mess, frankly) with something like Ubuntu- Mine runs Debian and frankly has never run better. The wireless card worked right out the box.

there is nothing wrong with your router I would say, you should look on your pc for the problem. where and how, not sure. need to know more about your OS and may be what chipset your wireless is. a lot of this info could/would be on the bottom of the device on a sticker somewhere.

I have never had the privilege to play with one of those eeepc's but read a few things about them and I thought they came with Ubuntu, in fact I think it had a derivative installed named Gobuntu.

I suppose there is a market for Xandros in that area. I played with that years ago because I was on my way away from Windows. But I found it confusing and ditched it.

Yep I was wrong about Gobuntu, that's a totally free software edition of Ubuntu. I meant this, may be not the OS of choice by Asus but certainly worth a try on your eee pc.
