Unhappy Hellp!! Mandrake 9.1 screen resolution screwup

I have Mandrake 9.1 using KDE3.1 desktop.. I tried to change the screen resolution from 600x800 with 70hz refresh rate to 1024x760 on Packard Bell 1020 monitor. I know it can go as far as 1024x760 on 60hz. I goofed when I changed to 1024x760 and forgot to change the fequency rate to 60 hz after I clicked "OK" and I got 6 overlapping screen.

I barely can see where the mouse pointer is (seeing sixpulet vision lol) and tried to change back but font so hard to read. So I rebooted and tried to get it fixed. I am not sure how to do it. I'm just a Linux new, new newbie. HELP!!

I got Realplayer 8 and Macromedia Flash player installed from RPM site for Mandrake 9.x. (they're good!!)

My system profile:
-Gigabyte GA7VAX
-ATI Radeon 9000 Pro w/128MB (PowerColor Evil Commander)
-AMD XP 1900 (1.6Ghz)
-Kingston Valuram 256mb DDR2100
-2.5GB 5300rpm Seagate Marathon HDDR (old drive from PB system plugged into Secondary IDE as Master)
- 40GB WD Cavair SE 8mb cache 7200rpm HDDR {for selfish M$ Win ME} plugged into Primary IDE as Master

-2 Realtek RTL 8139/810X Fast Ethernet (one built-in GA7VAX board and other plugged into PCI port as secondary network)
-50x WD cdrom drive

This system are 100% compatible with Mandrake 9.1 with no hitch!!

Word of Warning!!: when INSTALLING Linux on Secondary IDE Master Hard drive while Primary IDE Master Hddr switched "off" by BIOS (set Primary IDE Master to NONE, Secondary IDE Master to AUTO), BE SURE to UNPLUG POWER jack FROM PRIMARY IDE MASTER HDDR or else Linux will detect Primary IDE drive regardless and will erase M$ Windows bootup file (it tried to install it's own Bootloader on Primary IDE) during installation on Secondary IDE Master HDDR... After you're done with Linux installation, It's safe to plug power jack back to Primary IDE HDDR and it would not affect M$ bootup file if you boot Linux on Secondary Master Hddr like above mentioned regarding to BIOS setup on IDE Master drives. IF you got screwed on M$ Windows bootup , simply re-install Windows without reformatting hard drive (yo won't lose anything!! Keep ur spouse happy shhh!!). This will get you back on track with Windows bootup.
Thankyou
