i try to go back to linux after few years

so need same help to start remember ...

first i down the suse 9.3 64bit for my new computer but the problem is that

the file is 8 giga so i can't burn it 2 dvd 4.7 giga what can i do ??

Are you kidding? SuSE 9.3 64b is 8GB. Wow that's huge.

You are going to have to find smaller .iso

What is that .iso made for? A double sided double layer DVD?
I've read about that. I think the best DVD burner for the PC that can be had now is the double layer single sided DVD. You are going to have to install form Hard drive, net install or get smaller .iso.

8 GB will fit on double-layer DVD media just fine, but I doubt that they are creating installers that require it. The iso images I see on the SuSE website are 3.1 GB.
