Harddisks Permissions denied with Backtrack

Hi, I am new in linux, but after Knoppix, I also tried 'BackTrack 3' Live CD on my PC.

-> After some times, I realised that I could not modify/copy the contents of all of my harddisks/media.

I have on my PC: 2 Harddisks (1 NTFS, 1 FAT32)
Others: 1 Pendrive 2GB (FAT), 1 Portable HD 75GB(NTFS)

Permissions on:
- 'NTFS HD' : 'Modify Contents Allowed'
- 'FAT32 HD' : 'View Only'
- 'FAT Pendrive 2GB' : 'Modify Contents Allowed'
- 'NTFS Portable HD' : 'View Only'

When I try to change the 'Permissions' of 'View Only' to 'Modify Contents Allowed', It says 'Denied'.

With 'View Only', I can only view the contents..

ANy help ??

I suppose that the permission is set at mount time so,

Check if I'm write by looking for rw and ro in the following command:

# mount

If I'm right, just unmount and mount back with option '-o rw'
