Halt on Login

Hello ,
My 8.10 ubuntu halts on login screen after disabling network driver bus service
in recovery mode I did all tests and nothing changed , using gdm command in root refers me to the halted page ( mouse and touchpad are disable but the CAPS LOCK and NUM LOCK are working )
What should I do to log in ?

virtualproduce:

are you sure you have had a good installation? How long have that system been running before? What happened before the issue appears?

you may reinstall clean if there is no important data at risk.

hope this helps.
