I personally read "Red Hat Linux Bible" (Red Hat Linux and Fedora are more or less the same).

In general, if you're interested in learning how to use the command line, then you can read any Linux (or even BSD!) book.

If you would like to know how to use Fedora the same way people learn to use Windows, then I would suggest a Fedora specific book (Sorry I don't know any, but I've seen several Ubuntu-specific books, so I'm sure Fedora books also exist)
