Question GUI for servers config ( smb, mail, web)

I'm a total newbie (download time with DSL of two dist's) and I answered yes to all servers installation in Mandrake 8.2 but can't find how to set up a file server (I'm a bit allergic to terminal mode) with a GUI?

Can someone tell me if this is possible and if there is something to download?

Thanks

You can use Webmin. But it requires Apache installed, but I suppose it's not a problem.
Webmin allows server administration via web browser.

Thanks

Now I have an other intersting one, in the mean time I installed red hat and even having selected gnome as gui I get a prompt for login (which I did succesfully) and then a "gilles@dhcppc3 gilles $" prompt (as I'm posting from my MAC I cannot put the square brackets) and I can do nothing.

I know this might sound very basic but !!!

Try
startx
to get to GUI. Look if it works. If it doed, edit /etc/inittab and in line
id:3:initdefault:
change 3 to 5. Next boot your system will bring your GUI automatically.
