Grub2 booting issues

I'm having an issue and I'm assuming it is with GRUB.

I have an iMac 10,0 running Fedora.

Everytime I turn it on, I'm facing a blank screen. I need to restart so GRUB menu is loaded.

It is always the same. Every other boot, I need to restart in order to be able to boot.

Obviously on solution would be to not turn it off, but it is company policy to turn off computers at the end of the day.

I've tried reinstalling GRUB but nothing works.

I have had this since at least Fedora 16. A coworker has the same configuration and he doesn't have this issue.

Is there log I'm missing to check to pinpoint the issue?

any help is welcome

Thanks
