GRUB won't load

I've installed debian on my laptop and then encrypted it and made lvm-partitions over it. Then moved my data from old root to the lvm-root.

After that I created initrd image to boot my system and configured and installed grub but when booting it won't even load grub. It just shows a blank screen when grub should load up.

My partitioning:
/dev/sda1 /boot
/dev/sda2 swap
/dev/sda3 encrypted lvm partitions

I installed grub by "grub --no-floppy" "root (hd0,0) && setup (hd0)". And it seemed to install fine. It complained that it couldn't find /boot/boot/grub/stage1 but next line showed it found it on /boot/grub/stage1

Any idea how to get past this? Would be nice to get my system to boot up.
